мука - 500 мл ( так в рецепте)
2 яйца
1 стакан сметаны
0,5 ч.л. соли
10 гр дрожжей
1 ч.л. сахара.
Делается опара: дрожжи + 1\4 стакана воды+ сахар+1 ч.л. муки.
